Our Locations - Lobbies Temporarily Closed
The health and safety of our employees and clients are at the heart of every decision we make. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19, we will temporarily suspend lobby service at all Countryside Bank locations. At several locations where lobby service is suspended, we will provide service through our drive-up locations and external ATMs, as well as through our online and digital banking tools.
Affected branch lobbies will be closed to clients and non-essential visitors, except by appointment for services, such as safe deposit box access, that cannot be completed at the drive-up. This will allow for greater ‘social distancing’ as strongly recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to curtail the spread of the novel coronavirus, while providing our clients with safe, reliable service and access.
The majority of our bank locations with drive-ups will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. If your branch does not have a drive-up, we encourage you to either visit another branch with a drive-up, call us, or use our online banking tools where you can pay bills, transfer funds, and perform other transactions 24/7 from the safety of your home.
ATMs will be operational 24/7 as usual at all of our facilities. Night drop box service will also be available as usual.
